Course Access Policy

Course Access Duration

Upon enrollment, you will receive 6 months of access to all course materials, including video lectures, assignments, code examples, and supplementary resources. This access period begins from the date of your enrollment and continues for a full 6 calendar months.

If you require additional time to complete the course, you may request an extension by contacting our support team at least 7 days before your access expires. Extensions are granted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees.

Content Updates

The field of AI and machine learning evolves rapidly. We are committed to keeping our course content up-to-date with the latest developments, tools, and best practices. During your access period, you will automatically receive all updates and improvements made to the course curriculum at no additional cost.

While we strive to maintain the relevance of all course materials, some sections may be replaced or significantly updated as technologies change. We will provide clear notifications when substantial updates are made.

Account Sharing

Your course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited. Each enrollment is intended for a single user only.

We monitor account activity for signs of sharing or unauthorized access. Accounts found to be shared may be suspended without refund. If you wish to purchase access for a team or group, please contact us about our corporate training options.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Prices are listed in USD, but your payment may be converted to your local currency by your payment provider.

For installment payment plans, the first installment is due at enrollment, with subsequent payments automatically charged according to the schedule presented during checkout. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in loss of course access.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you're not satisfied with the course content within this period, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content and submit your request within the 30-day window. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available after the 30-day guarantee period has expired or if you have completed more than 30% of the course content. Additionally, refunds are not provided for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind about career direction
  • Lack of time to complete the course
  • Technical issues with your personal equipment or internet connection
  • Accounts suspended due to policy violations

Course Completion and Certification

Completion Requirements

To successfully complete the course and receive a certificate, you must:

  • Watch at least 85% of all video lectures
  • Complete and submit all required assignments with a passing grade
  • Pass the final assessment with a score of at least 70%

There is no time limit for completion within your access period, allowing you to learn at your own pace.

Certificate Issuance

Upon meeting all completion requirements, you will automatically receive a digital certificate of completion. This certificate includes your name, the course title, completion date, and key skills covered.

Certificates are provided in PDF format and can be downloaded directly from your course dashboard. You may also request a shareable link to verify your certificate's authenticity, which is ideal for adding to your LinkedIn profile or sharing with potential employers.

Certificate Verification

All certificates issued by MLfast include a unique verification code. Employers or educational institutions can use this code on our verification portal to confirm the authenticity of your certificate.

We do not provide physical certificates or transcripts at this time. If you require special documentation for educational or employment purposes, please contact our support team to discuss available options.

Support and Communication

Technical Support

We provide technical support for course-related issues via email and our dedicated Discord channel. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 business hours.

Technical support covers issues related to course access, video playback, assignment submissions, and platform functionality. We do not provide troubleshooting for your personal development environment beyond our setup guides.

Instructor Support

Questions about course content, assignments, and concepts can be posted in our Discord community channels. Our instructors and teaching assistants regularly monitor these channels and will respond to your questions, typically within 48 hours.

For complex questions or personalized guidance, you may request one-on-one support sessions, subject to instructor availability and additional fees.

Community Guidelines

Our Discord community is a collaborative learning environment. All participants are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism
  • Refrain from sharing complete solutions to assignments
  • Avoid off-topic discussions in technical channels
  • Not engage in self-promotion or recruitment without permission

Violations of these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent removal from the community.
